Maccabia
Each summer, everyone at camp participated in the Maccabia Color War. All campers and counselors are split into twoteams and spend four days in friendly competition creating and chanting cheers, playing sports, and participating in wacky challenges.

Shabbat
Hebrew for “Sabbath,” Shabbat is traditionally celebrated in the Jewish religion from sundown on Friday night to sundown Saturday night. At camp, we prepare for Shabbat with Jewish customs including lighting candles, sipping grape juice, and eating challah. During our camp-wide Shabbat celebration campers and counselors sing songs, celebrate community, and reflect on a week well spent.
